  • ScratchOS is the best of both - seasoned consulting, fully operationalized in a customized no-code platform like Notion. Imagine the best consultants you’ve ever worked with. Instead of their advice showing up in just a few scattered digital artifacts (like emails, PPT or XLS) that you have to figure out how to implement on your own, we express our expertise into a perfectly customized and functional system, built with you and for you, to drive execution and alignment.

  • We do not sell Notion templates. Notion is simply the platform we use to house your unique operating architecture - a system built around your company's mission, values, culture, language, and operations. ScratchOS begins with deep alignment consulting and results in a customized Notion operating system built specifically for your business.

  • The duration is up to you. We first identify with you the highest value areas or outcomes that need alignment, and build custom solutions for those in Notion. This initial process typically takes about three months, but that timing is NOTdependent on the speed to build in Notion. It is dependent on how quickly your team engages in unpackaging challenges and achieving true alignment. Once that’s in place, the Notion build moves quickly.  As we establish core databases that contain your company’s core process IP, you quickly will recognize opportunities and connections to other zones of dysfunction that might be living in documents, spreadsheets, scattered SaaS tools, or Slack messages. The more cross-functional workflows you knit together withinNotion’s centralized system, the more valuable it becomes. 

    After the main engagement winds down, most of our clients choose a nominal monthly support retainer to ensure their Notion workflows stay optimized as their business naturally expands and changes.

  • No, in fact, it makes sense to maintain certain anchor tools. However, once your business gains  a new level of strategic alignment and operational clarity, it becomes clear which Saas tools/subscriptions are redundant or under-utilized.
